A class for photographers who know how to use their cameras well and just need help putting it all together in real-time, whilst in a location with a dog waiting (or not) to get going! Join Jess as she shows you how to “see” locations within locations, and then pairs them with simple “walk in, walk out” poses that work with client dogs on the daily. Most of the theory that is interspersed with shooting on this class can also be applied to different species including cats, horses and other animals.

You’ll be put on the spot once or twice in this session but always with full support and, of course, there’ll be at least one (probably 3) dog models to interact with throughout. You’ll leave this class with ideas, inspiration and increased confidence to make good decisions on the fly whilst mid-shoot.

You’ll also leave with some files to practice your editing on too! Come see Jess on the That Tog Spot stand in the main hall to see some photoshop wizardry in action, get advise and find out more.

Ideal equipment:

Camera with a 70mm+ lens (70-200 2.8 preferred, but not essential)
Waterproofs for you and your kit.
